Mr.Varavdekar is a qualified trademark attorney having more than 25 years of expertise in the field of Trademarks. He is a Senior Consultant extending strength and support to clients on all aspects of management and protection of intellectual property rights. He works closely with his clients to gain an understanding of their intellectual property needs and ensures that the firm delivers a customized IP strategy which is commercially suitable for the clients. He has worked with a number of high profile clients and has been appreciated for his commendable work. His main focus is on trademark dispute work and oppositions.
Sonali has been with the firm for more than 10 years and has vast experience in trademarks. She is involved in handling the prosecution of trademark applications, and renewals. She also provides advice and assistance to clients in various aspects of intellectual property such as trademark and copyright.
